Real estate guru thinks that shareholders at CommonWealth REIT (CWH) have very little say in what is going on.

In this case there is an outside manager looking after assets they don't own.

Zell believes that CommonWealth REIT is undervalued and is prepared to take over and manage this company if activist investors are successful.

This may be an opportunity to buy an undervalued REIT with a catalyst.
